Wolverhampton Britain's Got Talent star Donchez to star in Stourbridge panto
Britain's Got Talent star Donchez Dacres will Wiggle Wine his way to the ball as he stars in a charity pantomime in the Black Country later this year.
Wolverhampton-based Donchez will be joining the cast of Mary Stevens Hospice's annual pantomime at Stourbridge Town Hall in November.
After capturing the hearts of the nation, the 61-year-old AA worker will perform in their production of the fairytale Cinderella.
Amanda Bowen, deputy head of fundraising and lottery at Mary Stevens Hospice, said: "Much like the rest of the nation, we were wiggling and wining from the moment he appeared on our screens and we could not be more thrilled that he's joined the cast for this show.
"Community is at the heart of everything we do here at the charity, and to be able to let our supporters know that a performer of his calibre will be on hand to entertain them in support of the families relying on our care is just such a special thing to be able to do.
"So, we would just like to say thank you to Donchez for his support of our work and for joining the cast and we simply can't wait for opening night now, we have got more than a few tricks up our sleeve and we know that our audience are going to be absolutely blown away."
Cinderella will run for five shows at the town hall, between Wednesday, November 28, and Friday, November 30. It is the second show organised by the Stourbridge-based hospice, after their production of the Wizard of Oz sold out all three performances in January, with X Factor star Wagner as the Wizard.
