The series will be filmed at Bishton Hall, home to Hansons Auctioneers' country house saleroom at Wolseley Bridge.

Filming will take place on Monday – with people invited to safely view the spectacle at the site, with numbers restricted.

Charles Hanson, owner of Hansons and a regular on the show, said: "It’s a fantastic treat for fans of the show. Bargain Hunt has filmed at Hansons’ salerooms in Derbyshire, London and Staffordshire before and it’s always hugely enjoyable for all concerned.

"Due to Covid-19 restrictions, numbers will be limited to allow social distancing but thanks to Bishton’s ample gardens and airy marquee, where the auction will be held, we are able to welcome people safely to a wonderful venue.

"Bargain Hunt filmed for the first time at Bishton this summer and the resulting episodes were recently aired on television. We’re delighted to welcome the film crew back once again.

"It’s always fascinating to watch a TV show being. It’s a chance to see well-known antiques experts and witness the excitement on the faces of members of Bargain Hunt’s blue and red teams when their items go under the hammer.

"Plus, of course, you may see yourself on a future episode of the show."

People should arrive at 9.30am ahead of the auction which begins at 10.30am – and they should confirm a free place as soon as possible.

Details must be provided for track and trace purposes.
