Homes decorated in Bearwood for Winter Wonderland trail

Homes across Bearwood have decorated their windows to take part in the Bearwood Winter Wonderland initiative to spread cheer to residents.

Organised by We Are Bearwood, houses have decorated their front windows with festive displays for residents to see on their winter walks while following a map.

Marian Hills, one of the organisers, said: “It was really just to brighten up the area. People have really enjoyed it and we have had lots of lovely feedback.

“We Are Bearwood normally organise lots of events throughout the year to bring the community together, but in this situation with everything going on we haven’t been able to do it this year.”

Roseanne Tang took part in the trail this year, working on a display with her daughters Sophie, six, and Grace, nine.

Roseanne said: “It has been nice for people to get out and see the displays.”
