Dom Pipkin to perform in Birmingham
He's played keyboard for the likes of Paul Weller and David Byrne - and now he's coming to Birmingham
Dom Pipkin, Paloma Faith's former musical director, will perform at Pizza Express Brindleyplace this December.
BBC Radio 2’s Blues Show presenter Paul Jones invited him to co-present an hour-long special on the music of New Orleans maverick piano genius James Booker, and Pipkin has presented similar extended shows on Jazz FM.
He has performed alongside the likes of Dr John, Allen Toussiant, and Screaming’ Jay Hawkins, as well as at a range of British and European blues festivals.
Dom Pipkin will appear at Pizza Express Brindleyplace on December 14.
