Emo rockers The Wonder Years and Mayday Parade have joined forces for a co-headline tour that comes to Birmingham next year.
Pennsylvania pop punk band The Wonder Years formed in 2005, and are best known for songs such as Melrose Diner, Dismantling Summer, Don't Let Me Cave In, Local Man Ruins Everything, Came Out Swinging, and Cigarettes and Saints.
Since their inception, they have released six full-length albums, two EPs, and several compilation releases.
Formed in 2006, Florida quintet Mayday Parade are best known for hit songs such as Jamie All Over, Three Cheers for Five Years, Miserable At Best and Terrible Things.
Their debut EP Tales Told by Dead Friends was released in 2006, and sold over 50,000 copies without any label support.
They have since released six full-length studio albums, as well as embarked upon headline tours across the world.
Having both released new albums in 2018, this’ll be fans’ chance to experience both bands live in the same setting.
The Wonder Years and Mayday Parade will play Birmingham's O2 Academy on February 18.
