Tonight Alive to play anniversary shows in Birmingham

Australian rockers Tonight Alive are set to play two shows in Birmingham to mark a special anniversary.

It has been 10 years since the quintet formed, and to celebrate the band are set to play an electric 'fully plugged' performance, and an acoustic 'unplugged' show, both at Digbeth's O2 Institute.

Since their formation, Tonight Alive have released four full-length albums, with the latest, Underworld, being released earlier this year.

The band contributed the song The Edge to The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Soundtrack, and have also released hit songs such as Wasting Away, How Does It Feel?, and Lonely Girl.

Tonight Alive were listed as one of the top 10 Australian bands in 2010 on American rock radio station KROQ.

The band will perform their 'fully plugged' set on November 12, followed by their 'unplugged' show on November 15.
