Shinedown to play Birmingham
American rockers Shinedown are heading to Birmingham later this year.
The announcement comes after the Florida quartet appeared at this year's Download Festival at Donnington Park alongside the likes of Avenged Sevenfold, Guns N' Roses, and Ozzy Osbourne.
The group released their sixth studio album, Attention Attention, earlier this year which featured songs such as Devil and Get Up.
Shinedown formed in 2001, and are best known for hit tracks such as Sound of Madness, Diamond Eyes, Second Chance, Cut the Cord, and Simple Man.
The band has sold more than ten million records worldwide,[ and has had 12 number one singles on the Billboard Mainstream Rock charts, the second most of all-time, behind Van Halen and Three Days Grace .
Shinedown will play Birmingham's O2 academy on October 30.
