Former Stourbridge indie rocker-turned-Shropshire-based acoustic star Miles Hunt will return to his West Midlands stomping ground on Wednesday, February 15, for a gig.

Singer/songwriter Miles Hunt and violinist Erica Nockalls will line up at the HMV Institute, Birmingham, to play a selection of The Wonder Stuff hits and solo favourites.

Hunt is the lead singer and songwriter from Stourbridge indie-rockers The Wonder Stuff and started his solo career after the band split in 1994. The Stuffies subsequently re-formed and he now mixes the twin demands of both careers.

Fans can expect dry wit, plenty of banter, a small number of new songs and acoustic versions of Wonder Stuff favourites.

Hunt has long teamed up with violinist Nockalls, a founder member of Birmingham rock group Fireswitch. Tickets are available at www.theticketfactory.com
