Lorraine Conkey, the owner of LR Partnership Events, said: “We are still in the planning stages at the moment but we intend to have big marquees in the Market Square, one housing demonstrations, the second with food stalls and goods and the third where local bars and breweries will be serving their range of beers, ales and spirits there will be seating so you can sit and enjoy the weekend, soaking up the great atmosphere.

"We will have stage for live music and independent traders along Goalgate Street and Greengate Street. The idea is to promote everything that’s great about Staffordshire‘s food and drink; from cheese outlets , ale and gins to locally based food sources of fresh farmed foods, bakeries, butchers, preserves and cottage crafts plus fabulous demonstrations from Slater's Ales, Perrys Field to Fork, Lymestone Brewery and Hunnypot Cottage. ”
