Joined by Gemma Atkins (Kinky Boots/Wicked/Evita) and Sam Lupton (Little Shop Of Horrors/Wicked), this spectacular musical theatre concert will receive its world premiere at The Old REP in Birmingham.

In the lead up to the concert, Birmingham-based drama school Midlands Academy of Musical Theatre will run a summer course looking for performers to join the production. Open to all aspiring performers aged 16+ from across the UK, classes will cover all three musical theatre disciplines so students will act, sing and dance in preparation for the concert. As well as lessons from industry professionals, students will take part in a master class with Jacqueline Hughes and experience the process of creating a professional production throughout the week.

Speaking about the show, Jacqueline Hughes said ‘I’m so excited to be joining West End on Tour this August, and particularly looking forward to working with the talented students at Midlands Academy of Musical Theatre’.

Places on this one week course are extremely limited. Visit www.mamt.org.uk/summer to get your place.
