Designer and milliner Michelle J Richards has over 25 years experience and owns and manages Mijori Creative.

The face coverings, available from the Lichfield Street gallery, come in a variety of designs and sizes available for all ages.

They are reversible, double layered, waterproof and showerproof tweed with Teflon coating and washable. Prices start from £8.95.

Wolverhampton Council cabinet member for economy, Councillor Stephen Simkins, said: "This is the sort of innovation and entrepreneurial skills we need within the city - well done Michelle

"We have over 300 years of art at Wolverhampton Art Gallery so there has been a lot of inspiration to draw on – and the designs are great.”

Michelle added: “To collaborate with Wolverhampton Arts and Culture at such an uncertain time is something extremely close to my heart. Art in any form can be an elevated expression of someone’s mood and a formidable way of expressing love and peace.”
