The 2019 experience features a new selection of artistic installations using light and sound to explore the art of conversation, bathing the woodlands, gardens and memorials in colour.
The mile-long route, which is designed to be suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs is host to an array of multi-sensory displays with interactive elements.
Visitors can send a message with Semaphore Man, be mesmerised by the ‘floating speech bubbles’ and navigate through a giant web of colourful threads before discovering Votive Woods and Beacons of Light.
Sarah Oakden, head of marketing at National Memorial Arboretum, said: "Illuminated Arboretum weaves together seasonal themes with the core values of our site, resulting in an fun and inspirational evening for the whole family with the opportunity for reflection.
"We’ve already had a fantastic response from the public and tickets are selling fast.
"We’ve built on the success of last year’s first ever Illuminated Arboretum with a new series of imposing artistic light installations to create a family winter experience that can’t be missed."
The Illuminated Arboretum experience is open to the public until Friday, December 20 .
