Record-breaking year for Black Country Living Museum
Hundreds of thousands of visitors who went to the Black Country Living Museum in 2017 made it their busiest year ever.
Last year was a record-breaking year for the iconic museum which enjoyed 332,717 people walking through their doors from modern day into the late 19th and early 20th century.
It is an eight per cent increase from the year before when they had around 306,100 visitors.
A post on the museum's official Facebook page reads: 'Pleased to announced that 2017 was a record-breaking year for us!
'We welcomed 332,717 visitors which is an 8% increase on last year and marks our highest ever recorded annual visitor figures. Thanks to everyone who paid us a visit and to all of our staff and volunteers who bring the Black Country’s past to life every day for our visitors.'
