The Marilyn Monroe impersonator reopens Hollywood Bowl

Hollywood Bowl at Bentley Bridge was officially reopened by a Marilyn Monroe impersonator last night at the attraction's VIP opening.

The redesigned venue features a new Hollywood Diner, which will serve gourmet burgers, hot dogs and milkshakes, and a new American-style bar.

Bowling fans can now make use of four exclusive Hollywood-themed lanes, which guests can enjoy in plush roped-off area, complete with red curtains, pool-style bowling balls and 'funky' coloured pins.

The centre also has brand new pool tables and its arcade area features the latest games, such as Jurassic Park and MOTO GP Bikes, retro games like Crossy Road and old favourites like crane games with the latest movie-related prizes. Those playing in the arcade now have the chance to win prizes, where guests can collect tickets won on games to exchange for goodies.

Gary Hoggarth, general manager of Hollywood Bowl Bentley Bridge, said: “With the arrival of VIP lanes, a brand-new diner and updated amusements, Hollywood Bowl Bentley Bridge is set to be a whole new entertainment haven, and the perfect place for the entire family to enjoy together.

"We can’t wait for both old and new customers to see our new-look centre.”

The venue is also now advertising job vacancies. To find out more, visit bowlingcareers.co.uk
