A spokesperson for the band said: "Forming in 2018, The Taboo Club are entirely of their own, comprising of and expressing the values of its individual members to create something heart-breakingly cathartic - a sound that commands attention and welcomes intimacy.

"The Taboo Club write as one unit to compose music that blends, breaks and banishes musical conventions across many genres by embracing the gothic sensibilities of world music and art to create a sound that can only be described as cinematic."

I Wish There Was A Way is the band’s third single and sees them return to the studio with Wolverhampton's Ryan Pinson at RML Studios at Newhampton Arts Centre, as well as Pete Maher (Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Depeche Mode, Nine Inch Nails, Pixies, Jack White) on mastering duties.

The single can be heard on their Bandcamp page along with previous releases Bible John and Strangers. And for more on the band, they can be found on Twitter and Facebook, both @TheTabooClubUK
