Birmingham Literature Festival: Joe Lycett, Gary Younge and more to appear
Birmingham Literature Festival celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.

The 2017 festival runs from October 7 to 15 and is being sponsored by Virgin Trains.

Gary Younge will be talking about his new book Another Day in the Death of America in the Studio Theatre at the Library of Birmingham on October 7 at 8pm.
Comedian Joe Lycett will be joined by fellow Brummie and MP for Yardley Jess Phillips for an At Home evening in Birmingham Town Hall on Octoberr 11 at 8pm. Joe has written Parsnips, Buttered about how to win at modern life.
On October 14 Stuarts Maconie will be talking about his new book Long Road from Jarrow in the library theatre at 8pm.
He will also be leading a tour to a secret destination from Birmingham New Street Station the previous evening.
