'World's smallest ice cream van' comes to Merry Hill
The 'world's smallest ice cream van' will open to customers at a Black Country shopping centre.
The van, measuring approximately four by three feet, will set up shop at Merry Hill on Wednesday (09).
Company intu, which run the site, says the vehicle is the world's smallest ice cream van.
The firm has made the van to go on a nationwide tour of 14 shopping centres. It has a top speed of 12 miles-per-hour.
Robert Pickersgill, marketing manager at intu Merry Hill, said: “We’re delighted to have created what we believe is the world’s smallest ice cream van but the real win will be seeing the smiles it puts on people’s faces at intu shopping centres around the country for those lucky enough to get free ice cream."
