From August 19 to 20 The Pet Show will be held at Stafford County Showground with free parking on site.

Guests can meet hundreds of animals, including: over 30 breeds of dogs, 20 breeds of cats, alpacas, parrots, jellyfish, giant land snails, exotic reptiles and much more.

The Pet show is split into eight themed zones, which allows visitors to enjoy easy navigation around the wide variety of animals attending. Visitors are encouraged to get up close and personal with the dogs, cats, reptiles, birds and more with experts on hand to help and inform at all times.

There are plenty of live demonstrations and displays which take place in two arenas. These run alongside the interactive pet exhibits, activities and over 100 trade stalls.

New to The Pet Show 2017 is the live finals of Pet's Got Talent. Auditions are taking place now but there is still time to enter by simply uploading a video via the Pet's Got Talent website. Fifty finalists, chosen by a panel of judges, will then be invited to battle it out live at the Pet Show in August. The winner will be awarded a contract with pet talent agency Urban Paws, along with becoming the face of K9 magazine for one edition.

There is also plenty to keep children entertained with pet related crafts, competitions and displays, while adults will love the free samples and goody bag.
