Tickets for Wolverhampton Grand Slam of Darts on sale next week

Tickets for the 2017 Grand Slam of Darts in Wolverhampton are to go on sale next week.

The tickets will go on priority sale on Tuesday and on general sale on Thursday.

Tickets will be limited to eight per person per session for tables.

The 32-player cross-code event sees stars from both the Professional Darts Corporation and British Darts Organisation systems competing across nine days at Wolverhampton Civic Hall.

Won for the past two years by Michael van Gerwen, the famous trophy has also been claimed by the legendary Phil Taylor, Scott Waites and Raymond van Barneveld since the event's inception in 2007.

The opening four days sees the 32 players drawn into eight groups of four for the round-robin phase, with the top two players then progressing to compete in the knockout stages.
