Stuart Bibb, of Bushbury, used 20,000 lights to create a version of the train from the film.

The display on Wentworth Gardens is to raise funds for four-year-old Jessie-Leigh Smith.

The youngster from Low Hill was born with cerebral palsy and her parents are trying to raise £16,000 for a spinal dorsal rhizotomy operation.

This could help her walk and be more comfortable in her daily life.

Its the fourth year Mr Bibb, 45, has put up the lights.

He has built Elsa and Anna's castle from Frozen to raise money for his neighbour Daniel Evans.

Mr Evans was receiving treatment at the Great Ormond Street Hospital after having a heart transplant.

He has also raised money for the Midlands Air Ambulance. Mr Bibb said: "It's been received very well so far. Most people have said that it tops the Frozen castle.

"I've been building it up over the years but it's probably cost about £1,000. I heard about Jessie-Leigh and they were looking to raise £16,000 for her. I know they are up to about £8,000 now so hopefully this will go some way towards helping them get the other £8,000.

"So far we've raised around £450.

"There is a collection box and we're selling hot drinks from one of the carriages as well."

He added: "Jessie-Leigh loves it. I've built it so that the kids can get in it, there's the train and two carriages."

Chris Smith, Jessie-Leigh's father, said: "We're really grateful to Stuart. We hope many people go along because it's absolutely brilliant."
