Successful Hednesford lights switch-on attracts hundreds
A festive lights switch on brought together hundreds of residents in Christmas cheer.

Hednesford's Market Street was illuminated and filled with over more than 40 stalls from businesses and community groups for the annual lights switch on.
Carol Fittes, chair of Hednesford in Partnership, said: "It is really great to see the town coming together for events like this and demonstrates what we can achieve when we bring each part of our great community together, the sum is greater than its parts, that is what Hednesford in Partnership is all about."
The lights were switched on by six year old Roxie Eccleston, who won a design a poster competition ahead of the event.
