Drayton Manor in industry prize win
Drayton Manor has been awarded the best UK attraction for children for the ninth time at the Group Leisure Awards 2016.
The family-owned and run leisure destination spans 286 acres in the Staffordshire countryside.
The theme park is home to the hugely popular Thomas Land attraction, the only one of its kind in Europe.
William Bryan, managing director of Drayton Manor Park, said: "We are delighted to have won this award again and I would like to thank the readers of Group Leisure for voting for us.
"We work extremely hard to ensure that we maintain our goal, which has always been to provide an amazing day out for our visitors.
"Being recognised for providing the best day out for children is such an achievement and our efforts are now focused on aiming for our tenth award in this category in 2017."
