Cannock Chase Drama Society set to hold open auditions
Open auditions for potential actors who could take part in Cannock Chase Drama Society's new production will be welcomed at an event next Thursday.
They will be held at the Longford Social Club in Cannock from 7.30pm in preparation for Cinderella. That will be performed at Cannock's Prince of Wales Theatre between January 26 and January 29.
The society puts on three shows a year, which have recently included Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Me and My Girls, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Cheshire Cats.
The society's Jamie Jones said: "We are looking for new members aged 13 and over to join our friendly drama society with the hope of recruiting them for productions. If you can sing, dance or act we heartily invite you to come along. New members are not required to prepare anything for the audition as the audition process is done on a group basis."
