Attendees can enjoy some of the Bard's best bits in Oddsocks Productions' 90-minute version of the play.

The show takes place at Wednesbury Library, in Walsall Street, on Friday, October 28 at 3.30pm.

Billed as the 'Bard's Best Bits', the show aims to entertain family audiences and celebrate the 400th anniversary of England's greatest playwright.

Councillor Richard Marshall, cabinet member for leisure, said: "I'm sure this will be a great introduction to Shakespeare for anyone who wants to discover the Bard's best bits.

"It's also another example of our libraries being used as street corner art hubs for all the community to use."

The event is free but anyone hoping to attend needs to book a place by calling the library on 0121 556 0351.
