The charity based at The Chubb Buildings needs £100,000 to be raised to replace the grant cut from Wolverhampton council this year.

It believes it can cover the costs through an increase in film attendances, an rise in bar and cafe use, party and business hire, business sponsorship and donations.

This month they are hoping a healthy attendance of their charity screening of The Silence of The Lambs on Halloween weekend will help the media centre, which has been open for 25 years.

Tickets, with donations going to their charity fund, are £10, and can be booked by calling the box office on 01902 716 055 or by visiting light-house.co.uk.
