Children and adults will be lining up to meet the star at Birmingham Hippodrome on October 23.

Dan 'The Diamond Minecraft' Middleton has his own YouTube channel with around 14 million subscribers where he posts his comical gaming commentary videos, which have had more than six billion views.

He talks to fans about the game, offering his tips and advice, as well as comical insights into his life. Dan, aged 24, said: "I am astounded by the reception from the fans at the shows and the energy they are bringing to the auditoriums is second-to-none.

"I'm having so much fun sharing the live event with audiences and am delighted we can increase the chance for more people to join us.

"I wanted to get rid of the screen that separates me and my audience and bring them what they see on my YouTube channel, but share it with them face to face instead.

"You can expect some custom-made TDM games, audience participation and things my fans have never ever seen me do before."

In November last year more than 400 dedicated young fans queued for up to five hours to meet Dan in at Toys 'R' Us in Oldbury.

Tickets went on sale for his nationwide tour yesterday (AUG 25) starting from £15. There's also a VIP upgrade.
