Gallery: Host of live entertainment at Middle of Nowhere Music Festival in Penkridge

Music fans were treated to a feast of live entertainment in the summer sunshine at an annual festival.

If you like blues, rock and folk – it was all on the bill at the Middle of Nowhere Music Festival in Penkridge.

It's become a standing fixture in the Staffordshire music calendar for more than a decade and boasts an array of attractions for all ages, making it a firm favourite for families.

Thousands flocked to the three-day event at Lower Drayton Farm, which kicked off on Friday. Among the acts were Scottish all-girl rockers The Amorettes, who entertained the crowds on Saturday.

The family-friendly festival offered a host of children's craft activities and access to the fun farm.
