Finchfield and Castlecroft Community Association and Black Country Touring present River's Up in the Rose Garden.

The quirky tragic-comedy is set against the backdrop of climate change and flooding on the River Severn.

River's Up stars Ellie Darvill, who was a regular in Brookside, and local actor Greg Hobbs, who has appeared in Doctors and Downton Abbey.

Director Karen Benjamin said: "We were thrilled to be asked to perform in the gardens at Bantock House Museum and Park.

"This will be a really special event and we are sure the setting will complement the play's message about protecting our environment."

The project has been supported by Wolverhampton council, Creative Black Country and Black Country Touring. It starts at 7.30pm and tickets are available from 6.30pm on the evening from Bantock House Museum.

Audience members are encouraged to bring a deckchair and a picnic.
