Watch: Dudley theatre group give Telford shoppers a treat with flash mob
Shoppers were given a musical treat as they were serenaded by a performance by 20 people from the hit musical Les Miserables.
The "flash mob" took place at New Street Square in Telford Shopping Centre and youngsters from Bilston Youth Company treated people to a sneak preview of their next production.
Blending in with the public, the youngsters sprang into action on cue to join in the four-minute performance of One Day More.
The performance was all part of the group's preparations, and promotion, for their forthcoming show at Dormston Mill Theatre in Sedgley in the West Midlands, which will run from April 19 to 23. Sam Deakin, the group's musical director, said the public had thoroughly enjoyed the impromptu performances.

He said: "We had about 20 of our cast down here doing it and we sang the closing number from act one, One Day More.
"We had the cast blending in with the general public and they would walk up and start performing when it was their turn.
"We had quite a lot of people who gathered round to watch and we got some excellent feedback, people really seemed to be enjoying it." Mr Deakin was full of praise for the young cast, made up of nine to 18 year olds, for their performance in an unusual setting.
He said: "They were fantastic, we have got some really talented performers, very professional, and that really came through.
"They controlled their nerves and it looked really good."
