Slade ale to celebrate Wolverhampton band's 50th anniversary
A competition is being held to name a new beer being created in honour of Wolverhampton pop group Slade's 50th anniversary.

Two Towers Brewery in Birmingham is creating two ales to mark the band's golden anniversary.

One will be a light ale to be bottled and sold at the 50th anniversary fans convention being held in the Slade Rooms in Broad Street, Wolverhampton, on March 19 from 1pm to 11pm.
