The pound-for-pound ring great will visit the West Midlands as part of his two-week 'Victory' tour of the UK.

The unbeaten welterweight king will be the feature attraction at the newly-opened Vox Centre, Resorts World in the National Exhibition Centre, on Friday February 12.

Promoter Scott Murray, who has welcomed a host of star fighters to his Bar Sport venue in Cannock, is staging the event.

Mayweather will pick up a cool £75,000 for his night's work, a fee in-keeping with his status as one of the biggest draws ever.

He will welcome VIPs when proceedings begin at 7pm, with the doors opening an hour before, and will pose for snaps with around 600 guests.

After a comedian, raffle and auction, he will engage in a question-and-answer session with Telford's former WBC world super middleweight champion and pundit Richie Woodhall.

The 38-year-old, who retired undefeated with a 49-0-0 pro record last September, hung up his gloves as the highest-paid athlete on the planet.

His points victory over Manny Pacquiao in their 'super fight' last May broke every financial record in the sport, grossing $300million.

'Pretty Boy' is one of the biggest boxing draws Las Vegas has ever attracted, with the swansong against Andre Berto his 12th straight fight to take place at the MGM Grand.

Tickets first became available on Thursday, with 200 sold on the first day alone. The all-seated show will cater for a crowd of 850.

Prices start at £99, which is purely for a seat on a table at the back of the venue and offer no photo opportunities, even by paying extra upon arrival. They are termed 'bronze.'

'Silver' tickets are £299 per person, including a meal and seating in the middle of the hall. A photo with Mayweather is included in the price.

''Gold' tickets are £550, with a meal, drinks reception and priority seating near the front of the hall, along with the photo.

Sponsorship packages cost £15,000 per table, for up to 10 people, with the above benefits and a meet-and-greet with Mayweather. A VIP area will be set up for them at the Vox's Skybar.

The sponsor's name will also feature across billboards around the conferencing centre and in the show's official programme.
