Panto fever still here for Walsall theatre group
Christmas may have passed but a Willenhall-based theatre company will hope to bring some seasonal fun for audiences next weekend.
Essential Productions, a group of semi-professional stage performers, will be on stage at the Bookmark Theatre in Bloxwich for three shows.
Company director Alex Rigby-Bishop has assembled 12 of the best singers, dancers and actors available for the group's take on Jack and the Beanstalk.

He said: "We have been performing our pantomime shows at the Bookmark regularly over the last few years and they seem to be growing in popularity all of the time."
Essential Productions will perform Jack and the Beanstalk live at the Bookmark Theatre, Elmore Row, at an evening show on January 27, before concluding the run with a Saturday matinee and evening performance.
