Britain's Got Talent's Jean Martyn entertains at Wolverhampton Christmas party
Britain's Got Talent star Jean Martyn was on hand to entertain crowds at a Christmas party.
Jean – who shot to fame on the ITV show in 2011 – was the special guest at Fordhouses Cricket Club.
She endeared herself to the nation with her excitement when playing her electric organ on stage and was a huge success again on Wednesday, albeit in a more intimate setting.
Sylvia Simpson MBE, who runs the Pendeford Action Liaisons Scheme (PALS), organised the event and said:
"They really enjoyed it and Jean Martyn made the afternoon," she said.
"She was really down to earth, and took requests so everybody had a good sing-along. It all went well, they all had a lovely time and everyone commented on what a nice afternoon they had when they left."
As well as the performance, attendees were treated to a free buffet and had a sing-along to Christmas carols in the afternoon.
The PALS network organise events for the community, with everything from bingo nights to trips to the seaside provided. entertain crowds at a Christmas party.
