DJ Stuart Ojelay's club guide - October 21
With it being the third week of the month and the drop in temperatures, it's acceptable that your spirits may well be a tad bit low going into this weekend but hopefully you'll find something below where you can head out and get your groove on, writes DJ Stuart Ojelay.

Starting over in Stourbridge at the Glasshouse where they have put together a Friday special where turntable wizards The Pioneers of Funk will be headlining.
Prepare yourself for a back to back set, full of tricks, special effects and world class scratching that's sure to be a break from the norm.
Then in Telford at Pussycats tonight it's something weird and wonderful with an appearance from Verne Troyer AKA Mini Me from the Austin Powers series.
Quite how this one has come about I'm unsure but he certainly is a character and will find some way of keeping the Shropshire masses entertained!
Moving into Birmingham tonight there's Fidget who have relocated to the Rainbow Courtyard and Pub to cater for more musical tastes.
Expect big house breaks and beats from Ill Phil, De Contrebande and Double Trouble in the Courtyard while Omey & Orme and friends present soulful and minimal grooves in the pub.
Then you can expect things to go a little darker after hours as they launch a brand new after hour's party in the Cellar Door called The Devils Playground for those who dare to take their Friday nights into Saturday morning.
The Royal London in Wolverhampton looks like they're stepping up their promotion as they introduce a free event this Saturday night with live performances from God Damn and Lady Fortunes plus a future disco set from Warm Warner until 1am.
Hed Kandi returns to Gatecrasher in Birmingham bringing with it all the hype and glamour with resident DJs Andy Daniels and Greg Myers with Dean Oram on percussion.
I'm looking forward to pairing up and performing as Garrett & Ojelay this Saturday night into Sunday morning at IF, Bushwackers. Headlining is Eats Everything who has been topping the worldwide downloads with his infectious groove Entrance Song.
DJs in support include One Four, Paul Kellie and Bexta.
Moving into next week, Thursdays in Wolverhampton are looking to be shaken up again and it's long overdue! We see the arrival of Hi: 5, which will launch with a total décor, lighting and branding transformation.
Combine this with awesome drinks prices and sublime cocktails this is a sure fire winner kick start your weekend. It's launching at The Cuban Exchange so be sure to check it out!
I head to the Far East next week on Hed Kandi duty for gigs in Shanghai and Singapore but of course I'll still have the low-down of all the local hot spots in my Halloween special! Have a great weekend guys – see you on the other side!
