The Lines - Wolverhampton Wulfrun Hall: Saturday 3rd December 2011
The Lines have had a great year so far which has included supporting Ocean Colour Scene on their sold out Moseley Shoals tour, a well received tour of North America taking in Canadian Music Week, New York and SXSW (which culminated in the band wowing a capacity 1,200 audience at The Big One), and you may also be familiar with the bands music from Skys football coverage which has used 3 of their tracks to soundtrack their Premier League coverage.
The Lines have recently also completed a successful headline tour across the UK and have appeared at some of the main festivals so far this year including Dot to Dot festival, Camden Crawl, Live at Leeds and Liverpool Sound City, and have since had a quiet summer gig wise, busy writing new material which you will now be able to hear live.
The band have continued this year with the same
success as they ended 2010. Their debut album was
released in the UK on the 11th October 2010 and the
band completed a UK tour to promote its release
including playing to a sold out 1,200 capacity crowd at the Wulfrun Hall in Wolverhampton.
The band then went on to perform successfully at the CMJ festival in New York.
