Every week, we'll be seeking your recommendations of the best places to eat, drink and enjoy yourselves across the West Midlands and Staffordshire.

We asked our Twitter and Facebook followers to name the best restaurants and takeaways for Far Eastern food in the region. Here are some of their choices:

Tiger Wok, Compton

This tiny restaurant has just a handful of tables to complement its takeaway service and comes highly recommended by several of our users.

First, @Richwolves64 told us on his Twitter feed that they serve brilliant food and boast an interesting decor with other quirky items on sale. He also recommended it for the service, singling out the owner who, he says, sings and reads poetry for the customers.

Meanwhile, Claire Hawkins also praised them for their beautiful Thai curries, which she said come "fresh and full of flavour from a sweet and friendly owner."

Tividale Chef, Tipton

Providing authentic Cantonese food in Tipton for over fifteen years, Tividale Chef promise to use the best ingredients possible in their dishes.

And they were recommended by reader Claire Powis, who told us on her Twitter feed that they sell the best BBQ spare ribs you can find.

Lin's Wok, Cradley Heath

Also coming highly recommended was Lin's Wok in Cradley Heath, which Susan Eaves told us on our Facebook page offers "excellent food and good service with friendly and polite staff."

Hong Kong Delight, Pelsall

And Hong Kong Delight, on the High Street in Pelsall, was mentioned by Graham Eardley, who told us that the friendly staff always cook the food the way that you like it.

Kings Wok, Norton Canes

Finally, Katie Brown is a fan of the food at Kings Wok in Norton Canes, which she described as being the "best by far."
