Award winning comedian, Zoë Lyons, will be entertaining Stafford comedy fans in The MET Studio with the quick-fire observational material that has proven popular with audiences all over the country.

Following a five-minute spot at a new act night back in 2003, Zoë decided that she had caught the comedy bug and has since enjoyed success on TV, radio, theatre and stand up tours.

In 2004, Zoë won the national Funny Women competition and got to the final of So, You Think Your Funny? In 2008 she won the Dave TV Funniest Joke of the Fringe.

Zoë's TV credits include The Wright Stuff, Michael McIntyre's Roadshow, The Paul O'Grady Show and three appearances on Mock The Week. In 2001 Zoë was a contestant on ITV's 'Survivor' where she ate a rat and lived to tell the tale.

Supporting Zoë will be one of the hottest new comedy talents in the UK, Chris Martin, as seen on World Cup's Most Shocking Moments and heard on the critically acclaimed Carl Donnelly & Chris Martin's Bite size Podcast.

Zoë Lyons will be at The MET Studio at Stafford Gatehouse on Friday July 15, 2011. Tickets are £12 (£1o concession) from 01785 254653 or www.staffordgatehousetheatre.co.uk
