Michael Moore making Birmingham Town Hall debut

Oscar-winning filmmaker, satirist and international rabble-rousing writer Michael Moore is to make his first appearance at Birmingham Town Hall in October.

Oscar-winning filmmaker, satirist and international rabble-rousing writer Michael Moore is to make his first appearance at Birmingham Town Hall in October.

The man behind Stupid White Men, Fahrenheit 9/11 and Bowling For Columbine) will be at the Town Hall on 8pm, Saturday, October 22, 2011, as part of his Michael Moore Live: Here Comes Trouble! tour.

Expect big laughs, piercing insight and some all round mud-slinging from a controversial character whose work the Guardian referred to as: "A wake-up call, a call to action, a kick in the mental backside. Remarkable . . . a stand-up comic in the grand tradition."

Tickets cost £18, plus a booking fee of £2 per transaction on all bookings except purchases made in person at the box office.
