Train steams in to be guest of honour at 40th anniversary party
It was a birthday party with a difference on the Severn Valley Railway when the VIP guest turned out to be a steam engine.

The former Great Western Railway 45xx Class Prairie tank loco No.4566 was the guest of honour as a small band of long-serving volunteer workers gathered at Kidderminster station to cut a specially made birthday cake to mark the occasion and then travelled to Bridgnorth and back in a train pulled by the engine.
