Wolverhampton couple to star in Location, Location, Location
Wolverhampton will feature in an episode of house-hunting programme Location, Location, Location this week.
Phil Spencer descended on the city late last year to find three suitable properties for professional musicians Me'sha and Darren, who feature in the show on Thursday.
A regular segment of the show where Spencer phones an estate agent to see if an offer for a house has been accepted was filmed at the Springhill Pub in Warstones Road.
Landlord Chris Ludlow was also interview for his opinions on the city.
Mr Ludlow said the 10-strong Location, Location, Location crew had lunch at the pub three days running while the show was being recorded.
He said: "They did an interview with me about Wolverhampton and I bigged up the area and said it was nice and cosmopolitan.
"I think they found houses in Warstones Road, Parkfields and Wednesfield.
"Phil was a very decent chap and it was nice to have them here."
The show was recorded in November. It airs at 8pm on Channel 4.
