Staffordshire pupil Anna Tomlinson tasted victory at the 2014 Pony Club National Championships held at Cholmondeley Castle in Cheshire.
The 17-year-old, who was riding her horse Moreorless, will talk about her success at a special sixth-form information evening to be held at Abbots Bromley School next week.
The event will give prospective parents the chance to hear about scholarship and other academic opportunities available at the 140 year-old school.
Anna holds scholarships at the school in both riding and musical theatre. As well as her equestrian and vocational dance and theatre studies, she is also studying business studies and sociology at A-Level.
Abbots Bromley School's executive head Victoria Musgrave said it was the school's mix of academic and vocational studies that allowed Anna to pursue her hobbies.
She added: "Everyone at the school would like to congratulate Anna on her achievements."
Scholarships are available ranging from 20 per cent to 100 per cent covering day pupils, boarders or weekday boarders.
The school, for student aged three to 18, is a centre of excellence for vocational study in subjects such as dance, through its internationally known School of Dance, or riding through its on-site equestrian centre.
The sixth-form information evening is being held at 6.15pm on Wednesday(1st).
