Readers' chance to get in shape with fitness expert Chris Jewkes
Feeling sluggish? Fat? Want to crawl into a hole until the nights get a whole lot lighter?
Us too. But fitness instructor Chris Jewkes is back to give four lucky individuals the incentive to get off the sofa, pull on their trainers and get rid of that excess weight once and for all.
The Wolverhampton exercise guru has now launched his search to find peopleto take part in his 'biggest loser' style contest.
Four Express & Star readers will be given the chance to train at his Wolverhampton gym for a month, getting free one-to-one personal sessions to fight the flab.
Last year, the former army physical training instructor helped four readers lose two stone each on average, and says there is no reason why this year's recruits can't do the same.
Mr Jewkes said: "What is unique about our scheme is that we offer personal one-to-one bespoke care for our clients.
"Everything is tailored to what they need, and their requirements.
"We look at fitness, but also focus on nutrition and lifestyle choices to encourage people to make changes for the better."
The owner of Chris Jewkes Fitness Ltd on Danescourt Road, Tettenhall says the chosen readers will all be allocated a personal trainer.
The 45-year-old said: "I will choose the personal trainer to match the client.
"I have nine members of staff here that have different specialities including things like yoga and Pilates.
"Everything is tailored to the individual to make sure they get the most out of their time with us."
The training sessions may include sessions in the gym, boxercise and circuit training.
In order to win the chance to take part in the competition, readers need to get in touch with Mr Jewkes and explain why they deserve to be chosen.
He said: "It doesn't have to be that you want to lose weight. It may be that you have never really exercised before and want to learn how, or you want help and advice on nutrition.
"I just want a really good reason why you should be chosen and I want people who are motivated to make that change."
Mr Jewkes, who has 20 years of experience, said entrants need to be aged between 18 and 80, and be able to attend his gym at least three times a week.
To enter, email Chris@chrisjewkesfitness.com, call him on 01902750355 or write to Chris Jewkes Fitness Ltd, Danescourt Road, Tettenhall, WV6 9BQ.
Don't hang about though – the deadline for entrants is next Tuesday.
