Jobs saved as Fashion Factory in Cannock reopens
Staff who were to be laid off following the closure of a Cannock fashion outlet have been given their old jobs back thanks to a buy-out from a local businessman.

More than 30 jobs at the Fashion Factory in Vine Lane, Bridgtown, will be kept and the store has now officially reopened thanks to new owner Philip Yates.
Employees had been told in July that the store would be closing after 18 years of selling gowns and formal wear to the public.
Bosses at the time blamed the surge in internet sales of prom dresses for the company's voluntary liquidation, but new owner Mr Yates has found new ways to combat online sales.
