An award-winning Indian restaurant is set to open two new sites creating 35 new jobs, it has emerged.
Under £600,000 plans, Saffron in Oldbury intends to open a new branch at the former Mango Tree in Stonnall and in Colmore Row in Birmingham city centre.
The branches, which will also be called Saffron, will open at the end of October.
It comes as the site in Wolverhampton Road is celebrating after being awarded the prestigious AA rosette. Managing director, Aklasul Momin said the new branch in Stonnall will create 15 new jobs, while the Birmingham location will create around 20 new jobs – 12 of which will be full time.
