It has been bought out by Rockwell Automation for an undisclosed sum. Lektronix has around 290 employees across 11 sites and eight repair centres in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Chief executive Tony Jones said on the company's website today: "Lektronix customers will continue to receive the high level of technical excellence and customer support they currently enjoy, and gain significant advantages using the global network of Rockwell Automation products, services and solutions."
Rockwell Automation, of Milwaukee, employs 19,000 people in more than 80 countries.
