The new office in the Staffordshire town starts a new phase for the company as its first official base in the county.

It is in addition to its current office base in West Felton, near Oswestry, Shropshrie, which has recently moved into a newly converted outbuilding with support from a redundant buildings grant.

The company has added Chrissie Rowlands to its team. She joins Forge after working on a major infrastructure project in the North West. She graduated as a mature student from Harper Adams University in 2015 with an MSc in Rural Estate and Land Management.

She also holds an MSc in Town Planning from Newcastle University and is currently working towards becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

She is involved in all aspects of the business but focuses primarily on agency, planning and business development.

Forge Property Consultants director Charles Lawson said: "This is a very exciting time for us as a company as we open a new office in Staffordshire, and welcome Chrissie to the team. This means that we can offer a wide range of services to the whole region.

"Being based near Oswestry in Shropshire and in Eccleshall, Staffordshire puts us at the heart of rural communities which is what we're all about. Moving into our recently converted office in Shropshire which won a Blue Business Award through Shropshire Wildlife Trust and the Environment Agency, opening a new office in Staffordshire and expanding our team, all within a year, shows how the business is going from strength to strength. We're very pleased."

The company offers a large variety of services in estate and property management, agricultural matters, planning and development, land and property agency, renewable energy, utilities & infrastructure and valuation.

The new office is situated on the High Street upstairs from the Edge Goodrich office and it is upon these foundations that a strong and ongoing rapport has been built between the two companies.

Tom Mason Chartered Surveyor and an RICS registered valuer said: "We are delighted to be working in collaboration with Edge Goodrich Estate Agents of Eccleshall. Having been brought up in Eccleshall and spending the last 4 years of my career working outside the area I am very excited to be given the chance to build a business close to home."
