NCH recruiting 250 across continent
Global water, energy and maintenance solutions provider NCH Europe, which has its headquarters in Bilston, is seeking new sales consultants for its European operation.
The company is looking for 250 new employees to support its ongoing growth with positions available in 25 countries, including 10 in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Italy, the Czech Republic and Norway.
NCH Europe, which has is head office at NCH House in Springvale Avenue, provides a range of products and services tailored to the wastewater, energy and industrial maintenance sectors. A team of scientists and engineers have developed this unique product range, combining innovative technology and industry best practice, to help businesses overcome challenges, reduce downtime and increase profits.
Given the technical nature of the company's products, NCH Europe is looking for sales consultants that have the learning agility to both understand the technology and sell to a varied customer base. However, applicants do not need to have any previous sales experience to be successful.
Six of the new positions will be in the Midlands
"At NCH Europe we have a leading 24-month training programme, designed to introduce new sales consultants to our product range as well as teach them how to sell," said Robert Leopoldi, president sales and service Europe.
"Our sales teams employ our patented sales technique, known as the gears of selling, so we take the time to educate our employees and make them specialists in their field as well as expert sales professionals. The initial, intensive 24 months training programme is reinforced by a learning culture that fosters ongoing training via online resources, classroom learning and field based training, to allow our employees to enhance their skills and ensure the best possible service for our customers.
"We aren't necessarily looking for people with a sales background, as we provide all the tools and support new employees need to thrive. As well as our comprehensive training and ongoing support, we offer a well-defined recognition programme that includes various incentives. For example, every year we take our top 50 to 70 sales consultants and their partners on an exclusive trip to locations such as Malta, Sardinia and Ibiza. In addition, our elite sales consultants join the leadership tTeam in an annual visit to the NCH Global Headquarters in Dallas."
NCH Europe has an existing network of more than 2,000 sales consultants.
