Top Banana hires bunch of new recruits
Live events and communications businessTop Banana is continuing to grow its team and appointed five new recruits in June at its offices in Broome, near Stourbridge.
It has been increasing turnover year on year and is looking to double in size by 2020.
It has made additions to the venues, production, account handling and graphics teams as well as appointing its first dedicated head of marketing communications in Rebecca Jeavons.
New recruits also include Sam Dyus as head of venues, Jessica Bond an additional account executive, Hattie Byron, a further production executive and Ed Waldron, a junior motion graphics designer.
Managing director Nick Terry said: "We're delighted to be announcing this latest wave of recruitment at Top Banana, as we continue to grow in size. We had another great year in 2014-2015 and have set ourselves ambitious targets for 2015-2016 to stay on track for our 2020 goals.
"Testament to this is the recruitment of our first ever dedicated head of marketing communications, to ensure the continuation of our aggressive marketing, thought leadership and business development strategy. The other really important but often untold story is the one about talent retention. As well as extending our team, we're incredibly proud to be retaining and developing the formidable talent we already have, both in our London and Midlands offices."
Top Banana creates leadership-driven events working with company's senior leadership and their teams. It provides services that start from venue sourcing and pre-event engagement and work through to full events delivery and cascade campaigns, including video production, digital and print communication.
