Bulleys has handled a string of major projects including the i54 South Staffordshire site, now the home to Jaguar Land Rover, Eurofins, Moog and International Security Printers.

Most recently it secured the letting of Goodman's Citadel Logistics Centre in Bilston to online sporting goods firm Wiggle, which is relocating from Portsmouth.

Bulleys has worked with Martin Bloomer for several years, providing complimentary niche services across the West Midlands, Shropshire and beyond.

"This merger strengthens one of the most focused and dynamic commercial property consultancies in the area," said Noel Muscutt, partner at Bulleys Chartered Surveyors.

"Bringing the two respective teams together is a win-win for everyone. It means we can continue to offer the highest level of service to clients and deliver the best results."

They say the combination of Martin Bloomer Associates' property management expertise, together with Bulleys' existing management portfolio, will offer clients strengthened support, service and a greater depth of varied professional services for all disciplines within the commercial property sector.

Noel added: "We have grown the agency, consultancy and management business significantly over many years and joining with Martin brings 30 years of property management expertise and professional experience which strengthens and perfectly balances our service offer."

Established in 1965, Bulleys has offices in Wolverhampton, Oldbury and Telford.

Martin Bloomer Associates in Dudley is widely respected as specialist chartered surveyors. Founded by Martin Bloomer in 2001, the company specialises in property management and professional work including valuations, rent reviews/lease renewals, compulsory purchase and dilapidations.

Martin, a consultant in the newly merged company, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Member of the President's Panel of Experts.

He said: "We both have a relationship-driven approach to business, with a mutual style of work and values. It's a great blend of skills and personalities. The amalgamation of our teams greatly strengthens the service to clients, particularly in rent reviews, arbitration, expert work and dilapidations, so we can offer unrivalled expertise."

Noel Muscutt added: "This is an exciting development for us both and opens doors to new opportunities. It allows us to build upon recent success stories."

High profile examples include acting for Gazeley when Bulleys let the 383,000 sq ft logistics building G Park Blue Planet in Newcastle under Lyme to JCB; letting Citadel Logistics Centre to Wiggle; and advising the landowners on the assembly of the i54 South Staffordshire development beside the M54 motorway procuring a £500m investment from Jaguar Land Rover for a 1m sq ft engine manufacturing plant. The site has also attracted aerospace company Moog, Eurofins' food laboratory and International Security Printers.
