The multilingual e-mail marketing and web development specialists recorded a substantial increase of 58 per cent from the previous year thanks to service innovation and ambitious thinking.

Success has been accredited to the company's focussed and determined processes, nurtured by taking part in the GrowthAccelerator programme. This unique service is led by some of the country's most successful growth specialists and helps businesses explore their ambition and capacity to grow. At ExtraMile Communications this has led to encouraging developments throughout the company.

Thanks to this growth, the company has already recruited three new members of staff this year, helping deliver work to the company's new clients. These new appointments make ExtraMile Communications one of the leading recruiters in the Eccleshall area. The business also expects to recruit a further technical web developer in the new year.

Part of the company's success has been the result of new sales staff targeting larger businesses, such as. For instance, ExtraMile Communications has recently started working with Garmin – the manufacturer of consumer and professional grade GPS receivers.

Furthermore, it has just finished high-profile projects for the Donna Louise Children's Hospice Trust and SPiCE³ (Sectoral Platform in Chemicals for Energy Efficiency Excellence). The latter project is a European Commission co-funded venture to boost energy efficiency across the European chemical industry.

"We now hope to capitalise on this period of growth by tackling larger, more ambitious projects, whilst still providing brilliant service for our long standing clients," enthused Gabrielle Hadley, managing director of ExtraMile Communications. "We have an incredibly talented team here, who relish the challenge and diversity that our client base provides. Thanks to the exciting developments in the company we're looking to strengthen it even further."
